Build a registration page and a secured page only in PHP MySQL

I have a very easy requirement 1. I need a page that has come contents to be accessed by visitors who are registered to the site. 2. Hence I need a registration form based on PHP MySQL that will allow registration to my site on paypal payment 3. As soon as the registration is complete the credentials needs to be emailed to the visitor and also the contents of the form to be mailed to the admin email address. 4. Following registration users will need to login to view the page in #1.
