Build website with market place for football players

Need a webiste from scratch with a player database and search engine functionality. Football players will be able to set up a profile with a pictue, personal data, some physical data, contract data and test results. These profile need to be linked to an external database with game statistics (via spider). Football clubs need to search for players on the data in the profiles an be presented with a list based on best results first. Players have the possbility to use paid promotional tools to get higher in the list. Access to the site for both players and clubs is on a monthly payments basis.
