Change a theme orientation from LTR to RTL and \"Arabize\" it - repost

Please read: Before the actual work starts please know that am a very busy person, I can not follow every step you make along the way, please if you find in yourself the drive to take lead with this project with minimal supervision, please apply, if not please move on. I can't ask for the same thing twice if a word needs to be changed for example doesn't mean it's the only one. (if you read on you'll understand the example). You need to be the one finding issues with the project and your work, not me. What needs to be done: ***** ALL changes should be done on a child theme so when we apply an update in the future no work is lost, it's going to be required to demonstrate this before final payment**** Another important note, any changes that have been asked should be done through the theme options page whenever possible not through coding so I can change it later if need be. If you check the preview for the theme the cards are oriented in a LTR way, we need to be RTL. 2- Make all the necessary changes to make the website localized to Arabic, for this I'll help with the translation, BUT you need to list all the words you need translated into Arabic, or better yet use a .po file if you have it and then we can double check it. 3- All existing material (database) should be up and running. When the final version is ported to the main domain. 4- Comments should be switched from Disqus to website comments system, while making it possible for people to sign-up and change the sign up page astatically to fit the overall theme, a use of a plug in to do this is ok, please know that this will also have to be switched to RTL and Arabic. 5- A certain feature in the theme needs to be tweaked by adding a feature image to an audio post, the current theme has an either or solution for this.
