Classified Listing Website Require in Magento/other template

Hi Experts,

My client is looking for customised listing website to sell second hand books and toys and other stuffs.

I have magento ready made template which we can modify to listing website if you can or else if you already worked on any project or ready made one on classified website that is fine, we can modify to client requirement. However there are few functions which is require for client.

I have already gone through all classified templates on template websites but I am not satisfied on that because SEO, Top Sellers, Recently added products like that client required functions.

Few conditions and limitations before you bid:

1. NDA needs to be signed before you start the project.

2. Your review should be good if you have any negative feedback then do not bid (if you are too good on development you will be in my forthcoming projects vendor priority list). Freshers without review most welcome to bid the project but you should provide testimonials and good projects background.

3. No Milestone will be provided it means that payment will be made after successful completion of project.
