Configuring Email Server - PHPlist

I'm looking for a freelancer that can help solve the following challenge: I run a daily deal aggregator website for which people can opt-in to receive a daily email. However the emails are all PERSONALIZED on the following elements: 1. Cities for which the respondent wants to receive daily deals 2. Categories/Subcategories (dining, health, shopping ect) deals the respondent wants to see 3. Timeframe respondent wants to receive the email (morning, afternoon/weekend). The deals, categories, email etc info is stored in mysql db. The emails will be send from my OWN server and it is key that both the email as well as server are not marked as spam/blacklisted as spamdomain . This means enabling/putting in features like: Throtteling Bounce handling/Automatic remove bounce email from the list. SPF or DKIM signing unsubscribe send over multiple IP's potentially others TBD Next to this I want to be able to do: open rate tracking click rate tracking Solution has to be scalable to at least 500k users After some research I ended up with PHPlist ([login to view URL]) as the program to use for this (but I'm open to consider other solutions if equally/better suited for this) and I have this running on my server (but not configured). My server configuration: linux 2.6,PHP5.3.3,Mysql 5.0.77-4.el5_6.6 In conclusion I want you to: 1. Configure the mailserver 2. Generate the personalized emails (html) 3. Send them out in the manner described above 4. Handle bounces, unsubribes automatically & integrated with current website 5. Enable open rate/click rate tracking Lastly I'm looking for people that are reliable, fast and have PRIOR EXPERIENCE in doing this. I will not consider you if you cannot demonstrate this through a high scores in Freelancer. Secondly, you need to be able to communicate properly in English.
