I'm looking for a developper to support a contract management tool online. Ideally on my current Joomla website Buy Made Easy. The objective is to provide access to suppliers allowing them to feel general information (that ok right now like CB) but also to upload legal documents (6) every 6 months with an automatic alert. Then, I would like that my client can select there own suppliers on a list and see all general information et more importantly the legal documents and status (none, up to date, delay). Joomla is not mandatory if another OpenSource software can easyly do this task. I can send you a specification document on request. Regards,
