Convert to Best Web Project from already developed code

Dear developer, I am self PHP developer and due to having less time as I am concentrating other projects, I am assigning this web project to any one who take care of this with much interest and experience to develop in perfect way. I have totally 2 more projects other than this such as social networking project, etc., This web project is related with Job Portal in PHP. The mysql table has tables for admin, employer, employee(candidates), posted jobs, login details, etc., The project is developed already with below features: 1. Employer can register with required input details. 2. Employer can post jobs with required input details.. 3. Employer can view jobs with required input details.. 4. Candidate can register with required input details.. 5. Candidate can view jobs with required input details.. 6. Admin can approve jobs with required input details.. 7. Job filter, etc.,etc., But the code and the working functionalities need more improvements with below features. 1. Profile creation for Direct Employer/Candidates/HR/Admin and also Consultant. 2. Payment gateway such as Paypal, Card, etc., 3. Featured Employer or Featured Candidate profile creation. 4. Best Job Search, Filter options based on Salary level/location/Job Position/Experience, etc., 5. Make 'Ready' to work without any error and all functionalities must work and 'Ready to go live'. 6. Very important is Project must be perfect, 'Not with dead code', with look and feel and independent from any other job portals. 7. Take control over project and improve the code and functionality. If it is successful from you, I can give my next 2 projects related with social networking what I told you earlier in the top. Every time I look your code development and functionalities through team viewer and further communicate with you over skype for detailed changes. Very important is perfect working code. And it should not copied from any other web developement what currently on live. And also it should not used for any other future projects by assigned web developer.
