Convert Layered PSD into Joomla

Joomla wiz needed to convert my design into Joomla. I need it fast but this will be an easy one for you. Take my immaculate, layered, Photoshop PSD file and convert it into a Joomla template. All I need is the one page completed and I'll build the rest of the site myself. I spent a lot of time on this file to get it just right. I hope you enjoy working on it. It's very clean and should be easy to understand, Please make the pieces easy to find and change so I can create the rest of the pages without having to scour the database to find out where you put the buttons The page includes a main horizontal menu with no pulldowns needed. Left column is mostly links with an easy design. Right column is similar to left but contains a poll, 2 graphic links/buttons, and the rest is text. The main content is down the center and consists of a 4 picture slideshow (all layered), text, and a banner at the bottom. Leave me a single module position across the bottom so I can add a footer later on... and you're done! Respond quickly. I need this done ASAP. My last guy bailed on the job without doing a thing for 2 days! Thanks!
