Convert PSD Templates to Wordpress

I have a number of sites that have been delayed by problems with freelancers. Therefore I have decided to use premium PSD templates, customise them and then send them to a programmer who will convert the to Wordpress (and sometimes to other CMS platforms). As well as conversion, I will need WP plugins installed, and everything pubished on my servers. I am looking for bids in the $30 to $50 per Template to WP conversion. However, in the near future, I will be able to send you work from my clients and I will negotiate a higher budget for you. I am looking for longterm alliances that could lead to part-time employment in the future. Thanks for your bids.
