Copy my Website

Hi I need my website coding. So i need someone who can copy or re-make my website in FULL DETAIL. You must be able to give me the Html and Flash Codes. I posted an ad on here before and the person did not deliver. So please do not bid unless you are comfortable with getting paid after the project is complete. I have a web designer in the USA that i will have communicate with you to make sure you are doing the job right. Once again you must be able to give me the Html and Flash codes for the site and the website will have to be tested before payment is made.
