Corporate Website Design & Development

We are looking for a competent & reliable web designer to design & develop our corporate website. Provider will design, develop, code, and implement the website. All copyrights and code will belong to me when finished. Provider should be able to suggest any add on or other necessary components for the site. The site will be hosted at our current provider. I will provide the provider our corporate logo and company colors to be used as well as the copy writing for the site. Provider should be able to provide examples of past projects and discuss with me how to develop the work. Please bid what your professional rate/price is and please understand that I am not going to go with the lowest bid at all, I may go for the highest bid. I am more interested in quality of work than price. Please only respond if you are a professional developer/designer or firm looking to start a long-term relationship, as we have several other projects that need to be done as well. Please also quote an hourly price for ongoing site administration, modifications, additions, etc. I will look at initial proposals, select the best and then engage in discussions on their proposals. IMPORTANT: The desired timeline for project completion is one month at most. By the 10th day the first version should be available for viewing where I will provide comments and the website should be finished in the next 20 days. In addition to the homepage and inner pages, the site should be built with CMS. The chosen person must be serious, professional and diligent, so please ask any questions you feel need answers to, I am very good at communicating and will respond as soon as I can, usually the same day.
