Correct PHP and Smarty template errors (most are Undefined Index)

Please be aware that the php "notices" related to "undefined index" are often not real errors, but they are simply due to the fact that somewhere the php error_level was set to show all levels of warnings ( for example by calling error_level(E_ALL) ). This settings is used sometimes in development phases and is then taken away when moving to production environment. For this reason the warnings you receive might be simply eliminated by changing the error level settings. Anyhow, I can inspect the code and fix it if they are real bugs. My profile: 30+ years experience in ICT; most of last years spend on MySql/php applicatons.

These issues are mostly about the miss-configuration stuff. I will just need to ftp and cpanel for configuration the mysql part (probably phpmyadmin is enough). I am able to initiate today and I estimate this will be ready by tomorrow morning.
