Craigslist single ad submitter

(see details on the attached requirements file) To build a basic web form with text fields. When SUBMITted, a single ad is created on Craigslist. I am not wanting spoofed IPs, multiple CL accounts, PVAs etc, just to make the ad posting process a little quicker and less prone to user error. This is compliant to CL's TOU and uses their bulk submittal API documented at [login to view URL] Make sure the ad is submitted and return the success / failure information I am open to most high level language on the server side (I use hostgator). Suggest what language you can write it in - I may want to modify it in the future and have some background in software programming) Please provide any examples of work you have done similar to this project. This will help me award the project.
