I would create a same responsive website for you so that it looks great on a pc, tablet, or smartphone. It would have the parallax effect of the sample side you listed. It would be based on WordPress and use the WooCommerce plugin. It will be extremely easy for you to maintain a complete commerce site, do reporting, inventory, etc.
