Create Website with Online Store Magento/xt commerce based

Dear All, we are going to set up a new business with an animal food online shop. The shop should be based on some standard webshop software on the market like Magento or xt commerce. Based on this software some customization is needed due to a special service offer. Requirement: -Implement a Subscription Service with configurable amount of articles, change of ordered subscription service, interval of shipments -Add Subscription Service Button on product presenation side (in addition to standard order buttons) -Implement special conditions for shipping costs (free shipping for order value above 50 Euro, and 3 Euro shipping costs for order value above 25 Euro) -configurable Special sales offers on the starting site -"Other Customers also bought..." function -Customer registration with additional criteria: animal data (name, dog breed, castrated/sterilizes, date of birth, gender of animal) -possibility to add picture in user profile -Roling customer voices in banner "I´m so satisfied etc.) -Order must generate some special text file to forward automatized the webshop order to support interface of our partners and suppliers Please feel free to ask for any further questions.
