Create guideline build or example using free online multi language dictionary services base Stardict

Dear all expert I want to provide a free online multi language dictionary services base on Stardict or using existing free online multi language dictionary services Plan 1: Create guideline build stardict dictionary (multi language) server support query word : mean i will visit your demo then type word -> click to search . System will do xyz and return meaning of word i searched . # at least 2 language . For example : En-JP , En-Greek .... Other language i will add like your guideline Plan 2: Create example C# or Java or Objective C using open source online free dictionary services to query word. I think it using DICT protocol .
