Creation of contact forms for website/Browser Compatability

I am looking to check browser compatibility across all Major browsers on PC, Mac, and smartphones (proper formatting across them). I always have web projects, so it would be nice to find somebody who I can rely on for the long term. After completion of this project, I will need to mirror this site on a facebook fanpage of mine (separate project). Please, no standard responses will be entertained.
