Custom Wordpress theme site

I am interested in having a custom wordpress theme. I have a domain and hosting already for a .com site. Theme has to be unique and modern.... html and css valid and based on the latest version of wordpress. All deliverables will become my copyright Sites I like [login to view URL] ( don't like the colors but it seems to be in good working condition) I really like this one [login to view URL] however i need a blog and the squares are to big. i am not sure if I like the window pop ups. I MUST see a list of sites you have created with wordpress. Website should provide maximum accessibility and usability to its visitors. The underlying technologies employed should comply with the industry standards set by the W3C. All pages should use CSS exclusively for presentation and the content should be semantically structured with XHTML. As a result the website should be viewable across a variety of devices such as: web-enabled phones; wap phones; PDAs and screen readers.
