Customize Wordpress Theme to integrate IDX Broker Data onto Map

My company is creating a website for real estate. We will be using a theme called Realia ([login to view URL]) and a plugin named IDX Broker Platinum ([login to view URL]). The current problem I am facing is that the theme is designed mostly for users to add their own property data into WordPress. I need a way for the property data to be pulled from the IDX Broker service for the map on the home page. I will need the ability to customize the type of data that populates the map by default (such as certain areas, price, etc.) The filter on the home page map needs to be able to repopulate properties on the map with IDX properties based on user search criteria. The look and feel need to stay consistent with the current home page such as the icons and the way google maps extends to the entire window area. In the future, we may require some more tweaking, but for now this is the most urgent matter. If you bid, you must be familiar with IDX Broker.
