Customize prestashop website

We have a website currently at [login to view URL] which is running on prestashop version 1.1. We would like to move to the latest version of prestashop. At this time, an upgrade from 1.1 to 1.5 is not possible, so we would like start fresh with 1.5. This latest version has already been installed at [login to view URL] but the template needs to be customized to look like .com website.
By customization we mean the following:
1) Same backgound as .com website
2) Logo, images etc in similar location as .com website
3) Header and footer in similar location and .com website.
We will provide all the images/pictures and content so no graphic work will be required. Basically, just the v1.5 currently loaded on [login to view URL] needs to look like the current v1.1 loaded on www.fitinclouds.com. The .net site is hosted on Go Daddy.
