Cyber-FM Online Radio Station

We have an emergency situation where we are hitting our deadline to go live with our online radio station. We don't want much. Flashy, (but not necessarily FLASH) dynamic Music oriented Radio Station website that appears very modern. We are not going to be a typical Online Radio... we are geographically targeting US States, on a state-by-state basis... Once this site is up, we'll negotiate hiring you for constant work as more sites will come out as we roll out to "new states." Our servers are currently up and runnning... we have three channels already automated... we will feature many more channels as time goes on, but these three are used for testing. Let's discuss HOW FAST and How High of a Quality this site can be done in... Thanks -James
