Dabtabase Mapping Visual to Business

I am trying to target businesses where they can advertiser other business cards in their place of business so in saying that I need to track cards at each business and possibly by location in some cases. I would like to create that online and also allow for these business to access this as well. what are your thoughts for this requirement? 1. Below is the concept (In attached .xlsx) for Database mapping and also design for visual to business to see. 2. I would like to be able to see and manage what locations are open and available, or coming available with some subscription management too.
