Database Integration for 2 Sites

There are 2 websites. 1 website is for a equipment rental service that has a database so when you click on air tools a list of different air tools is displayed. The second website is for a party rental service that has a program similar to a shopping cart where you add the different items you want to rent and then after that you are directed to a form to fill out contact info. The work that is required is to integrate the existing technology into a design that will be given to you. It will be a html file that I will create using photoshop and dreamweaver. Both websites have about 5 pages each of static info about us, contact us etc. Neither website has a merchant account, so there is no need to accept credit cards.
