I have a site that I would like users to be able to sign up to and create their own mailboxes. This is will be a free series with the option to add others services in the future. For the moment I just need a web form that creates a unique mail box and gives them an interface to the that mail box.
I have no idea of the work involved so i would need to take quotes for cost/time etc.

U require a mail server, with a web frontend to signup for mailboxes. I would require a host to setup the mail server and mailboxes. same host can also house the signup page.
