Digital Distribution Site Backend : Design And Develop

Hello everyone !

I need a digital distribution site dashboard built urgently, to give you a sense of what I need, please view it - [login to view URL] ( login : [login to view URL][at][login to view URL], password : winthuwun123 ] .

When they open the webpage,they will first see login box, and after logging in they will see a dashboard and up on the page they will see navigation bar with pages : Upload, Stats, Request Payment, Contact. After logging in, they will see Latest News. When they click upload, they will see a form which they can add the details : Album/Single Name, Release Date, Label Name ( W/E Digital for default ), Tracks Details ( which they will add the name of their tracks with default 10 tracks, and if they want to add more, there will be a button "Add More Tracks" and if they click it one track-detail adding box will be shown ). And two file uploader tools : one for album cover and one for rar file uploading for music tracks which they can upload necessary documents and after they have filled the required details, they will need to click "Submit" and that form including files will come to my email address. When they click in Stats page, they will see Statics of sales with bar graph Total Downloads and Total Earnings received by month with bar graph. When they click Request Payment, there will be a heading with text " Your Balance Is $.... " and below that will be a button "Request Cashout" . after clicking on that, it will show "Your Cashout Request Has Been Sent".

For the admin panel ( where I can control users and other things as admin ) , I would like options which I can create users ( login number and password ), write Latest News, "Request Cashout" requests, and where I can update Stats using simple method ( the number of stats I typed will be shown as a bar graph, for example : if I type "50" for the month "August" it will show the line rising 50 in the bar graph ). For creating users I would like the option to create users with Login Number ( for example : CLV002 ), and Password. For Latest News, I would like the option for writing new and latest articles. For "Request Cashout" request, there will be list of cashout requests and when click on a request, there will be an option "Ongoing", and "Sent", and if I activated Ongoing for a user, then when the user login it will be showing "Your Cashout Request Is In Progress", and if I activated "Sent", it will show "Your Payment For Cashout Request Has Been Sent". For Stats, I would like the number of stats I typed will be shown as a bar graph, for example : if I type "50" for the month "August" it will show the line rising 50 in the bar graph.
