Make a picture website

i want a website like 9gag.com. i do not want it to look exactly the same i want to make a few adjustments which i want you to just change the theme up and the positioning of the tabs and pictures up a little i do not want it to look exactly like 9gag but i also want these features with it. The features are people can sign up and log in either normally or with facebook. One extra feature i would like is a random page where any random picture ever uploaded just comes up. i want people to be able to comment on pictures using facebook or as a logged in user. they should be able to rate the picture so it can reach like the popular page. it should have a watermark whenever someone uploads a picture. people should be also able to report a picture with descriptions about what they are reporting. people can only upload pictures when they are logged in and i want a safe and unsafe button when they upload a picture which shows if the picture is 18+ they put unsafe so users who are 18+ only can see it. when they sign up people put their username password age name and email address. they also have to verify to activate their account. i want their to be an admin page where we can delete pictures and look at reported pictures also be able to ip ban users or username ban. We as admins should be able to bulk upload but only admins. we want their to be categories when you upload a picture you should be able to choose which category you wish to place it and in the admin panel we should be able to add delete and change categories. we just want the full script when everything is ready including the database. if you need more info about what to add and not add to the website plz contact us
