DO SOME CORRECTIONS TO MY SITE - URGENT

THE WEBSITE TO EDIT IS : [login to view URL] 1. Homepage Categories box on the left hand side should function more like in [login to view URL] (pay specific details to copyright. work has to not infringe any copyright). 2. Countries page looks awful ([login to view URL]). Need change it and add a search which says enter country (or have the country name automatically there since IP address can tell you which country individual is visiting the site from). Also, have countries listed by area in a good order (please give me recommendations on how you can make it look). 3. Profile: the profile ([login to view URL]) link needs to be changed to a different name and location. The name should be My Stuff and it should be placed at the end of the page, on the far right hand side. It should look like in the following [login to view URL] (make sure you don't infringe copyright). When cursor is pointed to My Stuff (only if user is not signed in), the menu should drop down and the following links/options should show: Edit Profile, Access a Calendar, Make My Own Events Calendar, Post Events (while this user is not signed in, any link he clicks, except Access A Calendar, on should take him/her to the sign in page. 4. Need to check and make sure website admin option that allows me to control advertisements and banners is working properly (it should work properly). Need a tab labeled features in the homepage to show people what we have to offer (further details will be provided) and I need to be able to add stuff from admin panel.
