adjust (align) social media icon on top header

Very tiny project, I need someone to align vertically my 2 social media icons (blogger and facebook) I use: align="top" but it doesnt work... I dont want to use or touch the .css Take a look at [login to view URL] and then choose english or french. The e-shop will shows up, check the 2 icons on the top header you will see they are not aligned properly (too down). This is a 5mn job for an experienced html coder. I want this to be fixed by tonight so I will award the project in the coming hours. Thanks to all
