banner exchange script

I want to make a banner exchange [login to view URL] can be based on this script [login to view URL] with some amendments 1) I want to use it only with 125x125 banner images(current is 468x60). user can add a maximum of 3 banners per account. 2)An anticheat [login to view URL](getcode) placement URL should be the same as banner URL in order to earn user [login to view URL] earns (1) credit per unique visitor on url on which widget(get code) is [login to view URL] earn points just by refreshing (get code url). 3)New banners will be visible on system only after approval.
