develop a website

I am looking for a company to develop a website that will give our customers in the tri county area the ability to enter their zip code and depending on their area, it will show their channel lineup which they can both view and print. The channel lineups (4) will be available in PDF format (we will provide) along with the zip code and lineup listing (which lineup goes with which zip codes). Additionally, I would need you to register the website domain (Comcastwpb) or something similar depending on availability, setup everything no later than 1/15 so it can be tested should any changes need to be done by official launch date of 1/16/07. To be consistent with the Comcast brand, we would need a simple Comcast header (logo) and links to the [login to view URL] website.
