Continuation of "password-protected area for uploads / downloads" see project 61990

The original project is basically done, but there are still a) a few bugs that need to be fixed, b) various forms that visitors fill need to be validated, checked and filtered with addslashes(), etc. before inserting data into the database, c) the source code needs to be cleaned and restructured for use with a rudimentary template system, that is already implemented but not tested, d) unit and regression testing needs to be done too. I am looking for developer who has done similar web sites and is familiar with web sites security issues and with php software testing. When you bid, please describe your experience as much as possible, since that will be the most important factor in selecting developer for this project. The original project specs (for the most part already implemented) are uploaded.
