ASP.Net Custom Control (dll)

I need a Custom Control (dll - NOT .ascx file), that will control visibility (true and false), Enabled (true and false), BlankText Properties fpr multiple controls, also it will have an 'Items' property. This control will have an 'Interface/form' with smart tags for Enabled and Visible properties. The interface will have two list boxes - it will have the ability to scan the current page for ASP.Net controls, and add them to the controls list. The user will then have the opportunity to choose and move however many controls he desires, from that list, to the other listbox, so that they will be controlled by the properties of this new control. then, when the enabled property is set to true or false, the enabled property of each of the chosen controls is also set. And the same goes for the visibility/Width - when the Visible property is set to true or false, the Visible property of each the chosen controls is also set. The user will be able to use this interface to choose controls, or to add the controls manually with an 'Items' property (kind of like what a dropdownlist has) - in the Properities window. If the user uses the interface to add files to the 'Chosen' list, they will automatically appear in the 'Items' Property list in the Properties Window. And, of course, if items are added via the 'Items' Property in the Properties Window, the next time the user uses the interface, these items will automatically appear there also. And - the user should be able to control the visible, enabled, width and Items property of this new control via code. This bid is only for the ASP.Net version, using VB.Net It must be possible to have multiple controls on the page, controlling any one or more of the properties for multiple asp.net controls, including recognizing any conflict with other of the same control. To be called 'ControlGrouper'. More detailed description will follow once bid is chosen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
