Adding Search options to custom Wordpress theme and editing back end - Wordpress, PHP, MySQL, CSS

I require search options added and edited to the specific themeforest openhouse theme. The current theme has 5 search options + price. I require 10 search options + price. So the job will require 5 addititonal search options and some minor editing of the 5 existing search options. This will also lengthen the search box so the theme layout will need to be adjusted accordingly. The new options will obviously need to be added into the wordpress back end so information can be added when adding a new post/listing. You can see an example of the theme by googling 'openhouse themeforest wordpress theme' and selecting the openhouse theme. ## Deliverables - I require an additional 5 search options added to the openhouse wordpress theme, and the 5 existing search options slightly edited. The ability to add content to these options must be added to the backend. - A ready to install theme must be demonstrated on a live subdomain of the worker, the theme must be demonstrated to match all listed requirements and then must be able to be installed and work in the same fashion on my own server - The additional search options must be edited into the back end post/listing creation templates so that I can simply enter details. ie/ The new search options must have the same ease of use as the currently existing search options. - All search options must have the default "Any" value, as is seen on the openhouse theme demo - The search options required are as follows: - Word (multiple)* - Word (multiple) - Number ( single option)* - Word (single option) - Word (single option) - Word (single option) - Number (single option) - Number (single option) - Word (single option) - Word (multiple) **Single means that the option need only list and be returned for one single value * Multiple means that I need to be able to put multiple options on the listing in the backend. ie/ For location, I would enter in the location box in the backend: Sydney Eastern Suburbs Northern Beaches Sydney City And that listing would show up any time someone selected any one of those options in the location search drop down box in the front end. ie. it needs the ability to assign more than one location to each listing so when creating a listing, i will assign sydney, north shore, and eastern suburbs to it for example then that single listing, will show up if the user selects either sydney or the north shore, or eastern suburbs in the drop down. * - The additional search options will extend the search box down which will mean the template layout will need a small amount of editing to make it all fit together. This is part of the work required to be completed by the worked.
