Antispam Email Checker and Autoresponder

I am looking for a colourful e-mail checker with the best anti-spam plugins, requiring no installation. I am flexible, but tired of spam and ineffective anti-spam programs. Here are some options and suggestions for creating a program for checking and filtering POP3 as well as IMAP e-mail. Which ones can you do?

SUMMARY: An E-mail Checker with a Bayesian Anti-Spam Filter and an Auto-Responder

DETAILS: A colourful, stand-alone, POP3 and IMAP e-mail checker (a) with Windows XP type of icons that (b) runs on the Windows 98 to Windows XP operating system and (c) can be installed and run on a computer without administrative privilege, (d) displays messages in user-defined text and background colours, has (e) a Bayesian filter, (f) an html-attachment filter* -- see details below, (g) "white" and "black" lists to be called block and allow lists for ordinary words as well as e-mail addresses, and (h) an auto-responder using SMTP authentication, and (i) allows the user to suppress errors (e.g. when not connected to the internet or an e-mail account is down).

*HTML-Attachment Filter and Auto-Responder:

The html-attachment filter (1) has a friends list of e-mail addresses which is different from the "white" and "black" lists to be called allow and block lists, (2) sends an automatic reply, that the user can customize, to messages from friends that have either html links or attachments, but (3) automatically deletes messages that have either html links or attachments, immediately or when one exits the program, if the senders are not listed as friends, and (4) allows user to send a separate manual reply if user wants to.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
