Arbitrage Software Project

I wish to have an arbitrage betting software program created. This program would pull live data from multiple online sportsbooks (as many as possible) for all events with moneyline odds (meaning no spread). Things like runlines could be used, though, since the odds are still variable. The software could compile all the data, and find the best available odds for each outcome on a match. It would then calculate the total guaranteed win/loss if a bettor were to take both sides of the bet. If there would be a guaranteed profit, the match would be highlighted as an arbitrage opportunity, with an audible and visual alert. All matches would be listed, and could be sorted by how good a bet on both sides would be, even if there is no profitable opportunity available. I envision this in a spreadsheet-type format, but I am open to other suggestions. When the user selcts a specific match, they can enter how much they wish to bet total, and the program will calculate how they should spread their money out over the two sportsbooks to maximize their profit/minimize their loss. They can also enter how much they wish to bet at one sportsbook, and it would calculate how much they should bet at the other sportsbooks to be sure to profit/lose the same amount no matter the outcome. There must be an option to switch between Fractional (5/2), Decimal (3.5), and American (+250) odds. The default will be American. The user will click on the site with the opportunity, and have it open in their default browser. There will also be a separate function where there would be links to every sportsbook and track how much money the user has at each, even those for which live odds aren't available. The program will pull down live odds from all possible sportsbook sites, and constantly update the data. The user should be able to initiate an update of the data at any time. The data should be exportable to MSExcel. If you have any questions, please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This software should be an executable program that runs in all versions of Windows from 98 through XP. When the user installs the program, they will have the option to automatically add a link in the start menu and/or on the desktop. When a user visits a sportsbook, it should open in their default browser, if possible. Please note that I am open to any suggestions to make this software better. Thank you!
