Article Submission Software

I am looking for a coder to build a personal software/program that can take care of my tedious article submission tasks. The program should be able to do the following: 1. Be able to register automatically with most sites that require registration, confirm the mail sent and register pen names automatically 2. It should be able to add or delete any directory 3. It can be automatic or semi automatic submission. 4. I should be able to load many articles into it 5. After loading the articles, the software should be able to take each of these and submit to? the list? of directories. In other words, no directory will receive the same article. 6. Be able to schedule submission to start at a certain date 7. Be able to produce report of the submission Any other feature you think can make article submission easy for me will be welcomed and appreciated. Thanks
