Audio Poker Game for personal use.

I want a game developed for Windows XP/Vista, that is tailored towards blind or visually impaired users. It will be that of traditional 5-card-draw poker, but will mainly use audio files to announce the hands, action, pot amount, ETC. It would be nice to have TTS integration but is not required. I can also provide all recorded audio files that can be played when any item is shown. The user will play against three computer users, and players will be eliminated as the game progresses. All gameplay actions will be standard, other than issuing audio files for descriptors, and using keyboard shortcuts for performing. actions; such as using numbers 1-5 to select and deselect cards, F for fold, C for call, ETC. I will provide background ambiance sounds, along with sound effects for shuffling, ETC. The oonly other requirement I'd like ot have is for the game to be saved in progress. This means the pot amount being saved, and the current hand. THIs way, I do not lose my place. This will be for my personal use, as I am a blind computer user. I'd like this, so I can kill some time when traveling. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
