Basic accounting program

Hello, We need to have software created that will track payments made by customers of our vacation rental business. The following data flow for the business needs to be tracked: 1) Customer makes reservation in existing software and data is created. 2) We need to account for the check in date, check out date & cost. 3) Account for payment that has been made (50% at time of reservation) and record the authorization number from their credit card purchase (that we will enter manually). 3) 30 Days prior to their check in date, we need to be alerted that the remaining balance must be collected. 4) We need to account for this 2nd payment and have a place to record the 2nd credit card authorization number. 5) After check out, our commission and the property owner's payables need to be calculated. The commission and property owner pay out is based on a pre determined % of the sales price. 6) Then account for which payables have been paid. This software won't have to interface with any other programs. All variables will be entered by hand. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Running in windows environment (Dell Optiplex PC)
