Cam Splitter Software

I require a developer to create a solution for a webcam project. In this project you will create a Cam Splitter for windows xp and greater. The project will be written in C/C++ The camsplitter will be active whenever our webcam software runs. The software will take its source from a single cam and be able to split it into multiple virtual devices, each of these devices will be able to be individually configured by the users existing webcam software. The purpose of this project is to allow users to split their existing cam so they can use it with multiple applications, for example they can have both MSN and Yahoo running and camming at the same time on both. The software must be able to deliver the video stream at different size and frame rates so that each webcam program can be configured for optimum performance. This means it must be able to accept the stream from the webcam at the optimum rate and then apply algorithms to resize the stream and alter the frame rate. **DO NOT bid unless you are 100% confident you can achieve the results required** As mentioned the software is to be written in C/C++ and will preferably use DirectX for maximum compatibility All source code is to be documented in English **To be considered for this project you must attach examples of your work in a similar technology** Good Luck Chris ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
