Charity site needed

I'm after a charity site which will be related to the game "Ultima Online" I want the site to be original and not some pre bought template site. I'd like images from the game to be used in the site, in the header, menus, borders etc. I'd like the site to be similiar in layout and design to this one <[login to view URL]> The site will basically be a portal for where people can donate items in this virtual game which brokers/staff of the site would sell for real cash and that cash sent to charities of the persons choice The site would need a database of charities which could be easily added to/maintained. The site would need a request form where people can request to meet a broker and what item or itemS they wish to donate, along with contact details. I'd like the site to be non flash, but i'd like it to have a unique header at the top (Graphic wise, similiar to the site i mentiond above) At the top (Center), just under the header i'd also like a space available for people who wish to sponsor the site, so I can put their banners in that space ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site will be hosted on a Linux server, with the latest copies of all components (mysql,php etc)
