Convert Photoshop layouts to HTML

There are five layouts attached that were created in Photoshop. I need HTML pages created from these files. The files share a similar header. The logo will be its own image, and the line that runs from the logo to the right side of the page should be a repeating image background to make it look identical yet repeating to limit the size of the image that will be loaded. The rest of the links in the header should be separate images. The search box will have to be an input box. The menu bar should have an image for each of the links. To make the color match around these image links, the background of the menu bar should be a one pixel repeating image with the same color. I prefer tables, so these should be used as much as possible. There are a lot of image on the pages, so tables should be used to position these images properly. The text on the page should be actual text, not images. The header title "Blue Press/Albums" on that page should match the rest of the pages, such as "Blue Location/Events." This is incorrect in the attached layout. The blue bar on the bottom should be a repeating one-pixel image of the color in the layout. If you do not know how to do repeating background images, or other HTML methods similar to this, please do not bid on this project. I prefer the markup to be as clean and well-formatted as possible. The coder should know HTML very well, so the pages should be loading as quickly as possible while preserving these formats exactly. The pages should be the actual pixel size that you see in the layouts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
