County Fair Program, almost finished.

I have an almost completed program for running a county fair. Here is the few things I need. Deliverables for the final version of County Fair program. 1) Exhibitor Maintenance -> Class Details -> Class Drop Down Box -> Enable Key so that a class number can be entered manually. 2) Exhibitor Maintenance -> Make Delete Record function more visible. Perhaps add a Right Click, Delete Record, or somehow else make it more visible on how to delete the record. 3) Add Social Security Numbers (SSNs) to Exhibitor Maintenance. 4) Individual Exhibitor Summary needs all persons information from Exhibitor Maintenance on top of print out, including SSNs. 5) Class Summary -> Print Outs -> Place -> take out '0' when no place given. This is for before juding. 6) Class Summary -> Print Outs -> on top of page have Blue, Red, White, and Grand Champion totals for that respective class. 7) Amount of value totals needs to be reworked to look like the original copy that I scanned for you. It's one of the original JPGs 8) License Agreement needs to be in the program. Please use some type of license agreement that you have used before for another program. 9) password registration so that people can't use it without purchasing it. Each registration code should only be used once. PHP preferred. NO ASP. 10) Help system. something basic, nothing complex at this point. 11) Make sure that the databases import and export functions work. i'm not sure that saving of databases and everything works 100 percent. 12) I need the latest version of the installer so i can look over it. 13) Splash screen with "Phantasy Labs" on it. 14) Demo that doesn't have full functionality ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows all versions
