I create many small websites based on Wordpress 2.5. On my server, Wordpress is installed through Cpanel by Fantastico. After that I am required to visit the site and activate the necessary plugins, delete the default content, select the required theme, and add a few pieces of information which is always the same.
I would like to have a way to ftp the correct information to my server, after fantastico is executed, so when I first visit the site the default information is gone and I am ready to start adding content.
Rather than requiring a program to deal with this problem, I would prefer to have a collection of files which I could simply ftp to the server. Whatever works.
## Deliverables
As long as it does what its supposed to do, Im happy. The elimination of tedious, repetitive work is my goal here. When Wordpress upgrades there may be more work if any changes are made which break the solution. I am aware of this issue and am willing to reuse the same individual to update as wordpress does.
