Customize osCommerce 2.3 layout

Hi there, I have a website that I upgraded from osCommerce 2.2 to OSC 2.3. I need to modify the new 2.3 version template and layout to match the old 2.2 version. I used the Simple Template System contribution on the old site but I since found out there is no STS for OSC 2.3 The old site is located at [login to view URL] The new website is located at [login to view URL] The goal is to make the new site look like the old site.
