Database with a GUI front end

Hi, I belong to a small road running club and require an application/database that can be used at race events to reduce the amount of time it takes to record and distribute race results. The concept that I have is as follows: *? Prior to the event all race entries are entered into the system manually or pulled from the website. *? ? At the start of the event a timer needs to be activated and runs for the entire event - down to milisecond *? As the runner crosses the finish line his race number is entered which automatically records his time and position *? After the event the results need to be easily posted to the website and sms sent to all contestants who requested it. ## Deliverables Will send more detailed page/form requirements upon acceptance
