Design a single web page

Design a single web page (xhtml + CSS + PNG, no tables for layout!) for our site www.macecraft.com. The page would contain only some graphics, a box and text to ask the user to give his/her email address. A page similar to this: [login to view URL] except to contain more graphics and to clearly state that giving of the email address is optional. You do not have to code the functionality, only design the page. The structure of our site is simple: the site engine generates the header (including the main menu) and the footer, all you have to do is to create a single xhtml file to be loaded in between the header and the footer. You are not given access to the server, so you must download all data you would require (such as our CSS) from our server. And, when you are done, you will send the files you have created for us to install and test. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) [login to view URL] which is a xhtml format standard compliant html file and CSS source file(s) of the web page. 4) All Photoshop PSD source files of the used PNG graphics. ## Platform Web server, Photoshop
