C# Word Template Data Mapper

C# application is required (preferably a library) that can be conumsed from within web or winform application. The module should be able to access a Word Template file as well as XML data file. Using the two, it should map the two together resulting in a word document which should be saved to a physical file system as well as sent to the printer directly. All paths, settings etc are to be configured using config file in C#. Framework 2.0 preferred, but 1.1 also acceptable
