arabic coder/deginer needed for a project

As title describes, I am looking for Arabic designers to work on a fulltime basis. English language skills are also important but not as much as Arabic. Projects will range between $100-$400 depend on the project and work provided Projects range from small to medium to large. You will have to be - php / mysql is a must - Graphic design for web pages - Script Installation - SEO link building in the Arab pages - Must own a voip service like skype and can be reached while working. - Arabic content writing - Fast worker - Translation ability from English to Arabic - 5 USD late charges apply to any project given later then the agreed delivery day PLEASE DO NOT BID IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, AGAIN, DO NOT WRITE COMMENTS ABOUT THE WAGE, IT IS A WELL KNOWN FACT THAT INDIAN WORKERS GET less, so NO NEED TO WRITE SMART COMMENTS, THIS IS FOR SERIOUS ONGOING MONTHLY AND POSSIBLY FOR YEARS TO COME. We will start with a trial run of a very small project and if you show the desired experiences then we will hire you full time. i will send a list of 10 projects that you can choose any and work on when i see your PMB and like your work Thanks and Good luck. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
