Add Slider To Wordpress Theme

Hello Freelancers! I would like to make some customization on my page here [login to view URL] I would like to add a slider similar to the one over here [login to view URL] The slider will be at the top of every page right under the nav bar and before the main content. I require you to implement a built-in slider inside of the Wordpress theme itself. In the example link above with the slider, the slider is in-built within the theme itself. I've attached a screenshot of how the backend looks like. I can give you a copy of the theme so you can copy the functionality over. Note that this slider is responsive. Let me know if you can do it.
