1- Add FAQ section thorough the TS (Ticket System) admin, this FAQ will show in any post/page via shortcode. You can also add a ticket as FAQ to the FAQ pipe. Theses FAQ will work too as canned messages, a messes can be inserted to any reply as a fast-input method.
2- add rating system to each reply [1-5] and show statistics to each admin
3- Add chat system, by the end of a chat session you can select to add this session to TS as a new ticket. The chat box will include department & products [based on a setting option]; thus user can choose which to connect to. Chat system should show online/offline based on if there any user login to the TS admin and its status is "available".
4- Calculate response time to each reply, then inform user with average response time to expect a reply from you.
Your code should be genuine and well commented
